Hutchison installed the HVAC system at my new house. I have contacted them a few times for small issues and found the... office staff helpful and technicians knowledgeable. Most recently, Cliff was out to check on an error code on my furnace causing it to shutoff. He explained everything, changed a few settings (gas flow & blower speed) and tested the system. The company waived all fees even though the labor warranty had expired. Hutchison has gained my trust and I would recommend them to others.read more

Marc, Adam, and John installed a brand new Bryant heating and cooling system in my 1860s farm house. They did a... fabulous job and I am so happy with their work! The jobsite was left clean, they were mindful of dirty shoes when walking in my house, and they answered all of my questions. Highly recommend them for their work and customer service! There are not enough words to express my heartfelt gratitude to this company! We have not had any air conditioning for... the last few days in this 90+ degree weather and I think it was 88 degrees in my house during the day. I called Hutchison Mechanical and the owner, Edward Verhaeghe, came right out the same day, quoted me a GREAT price, then Larry and his crew were out the very next day and quickly and efficiently installed a brand new Bryant Air Conditioner and within a few hours it was a wonderful, cool 72 degrees in my house. I can't thank them enough for everything! If I could I would give them 10 stars. If you are ever in need of anything dealing with heating or cooling, PLEASE call Hutchison!!!read more

BEWARE! to those who want to business with this company they will NOT disclose the individual prices of their products... without the installation fees included. All I requested was the itemized cost of a furnace, air conditioner, humidifier, and cost of installation, and they refused to provide it for me. Their reply to me for why they could not provide me with the individual pricing was that they do not sell to the public. WHAT? So, let me get this straight, you will sell me a furnace, air conditioner, and a humidifier as long as I do not request the individual prices of each item? If I do ask for the itemized cost of each item you will not sell them to me. This is so wrong, in so many ways and a poor way to do business in my opinion. Who in their right mind would disagree with me when someone is going to be spending a few thousand dollars not to ask what their money is being spent on.read more

We had a furnace replacement done a couple days ago and couldn't be happier. The technicians arrived when they said... they would and went right about their business. When they left you couldn't even tell they were there. They were respectful of us and our property. They took the time to set up and walk us through the new wi-fi t- stat. As a retired tradesman I was impressed with the quality of work. We did have one hiccup that showed up the next morning. I called and Cliff was there within an hour. All good now. I would highly recommend!!read more

We've been using Hutchison Mechanical since 2012. They've replaced our AC unit and our furnace. We could not be happier... with their service! We've also used them for general maintenance on our furnace and AC unit at our new house! We've had great interactions with everyone from the office staff to the field mechanics. I'd like to point out that we've interacted with Cliff on multiple occasions, he is extremely knowledgeable and friendly.read more
